Rest assured, our base packages include everything you need to get started with documenting your wedding day with the option to be fully customized to fit your vision. By taking a documentary approach combined with natural posing we are able to create a collection of photos and films that are not only beautiful but feel full of life. A blend of candid romance and joyful energy. The big moments you’ve been waiting for your whole life, and the little in between moments you didn’t know you couldn’t live without. All of it. Simply— we are on your team! Let’s face it, we’ve been to a lot of weddings haha, so even if you need help with something that’s not directly photography or videography related - We are here as a resource for you!

We commonly help clients with things like creating timelines, shot-lists, vendor recommendations, and location scouting. Planning a wedding might be new to you, and that's totally okay! We're very hands-on in the planning process to ensure your day runs seamlessly, allowing us ample time to capture every special moment.

03. We’ll be 100% invested

When you invest your trust and money in us, we invest everything we have into you, your experience, and your memories. It’s not just a click of a button - documenting your wedding is a BIG responsibility, and you deserve a team who has experience, professional equipment, how to direct people people naturally, how to work in all lighting environments, and who will be there with you and for you, 100% of the way.

It’s true when they say your wedding day flies by, which is why having a team of professionals to document it is so important. Because at the end of the day when the flowers are wilted and the cake is eaten, your photos and films are forever.

Frequently Asked Questions

I want to book with you, what should I expect in the booking process?

Fill out the contact form on our contact page of our site. Here’s a short cut!
We send you an email with more information about us and our booking process. As well as our wedding brochure which includes everything you need to know from pricing, add-on options, etc.
If you’re interested in our services we will set up a phone call or Zoom to go over any questions that you have for us. During this time we’ll also get to know each other and make sure we are the right team to document your love story.
Once you’re ready to book - Our brochure allows you to select the services you would like to book, essentially creating your own custom package to fit your coverage desires and budget. After you have submitted your brochure selections, we will email over your customized proposal which includes the deposit invoice + contract.
As soon as the deposit invoice is paid and contract signed your date will be secured and we are officially booked as your wedding photo/video team!

Where are you located? What if I want to adventure somewhere outside of where you’re located?

We are currently located in Yakima, WA - Though we travel pretty much everywhere + anywhere (travel is included for WA and OR). Whether you want to spend your time enjoying somewhere that’s special to you or a completely new adventure, you can rest assured knowing that we’ll take care of all the details. Even if it’s a new location for us too! Giving our couples the peace of mind knowing that our adventure will be epic, it will be very organized, handled with care, and thoughtfully planned for you to enjoy for years to come.

How quick is your gallery turn around? How many images will I get?

For weddings we provide sneak peeks within 7 days of your wedding date which includes a gallery of 60+ edited images. The full gallery is delivered within 2-3 months and will include 50-100+ edited images per hour of coverage. Wedding videos are also delivered within 2-3 months of your wedding date.

For all other sessions we provide sneak peeks within 5 days of your session which includes a gallery of 10-15 images. The full gallery is delivered within 4-8 weeks and will include 50-100+ edited images per hour of coverage.

How much down do you require for the deposit?

For weddings and elopements our deposit is 35% of the total package cost. For all other sessions our deposit is 50% of the total session fee.

Can I change my package after booking?

Absolutely! Additional services, extra hours of coverage, second shooters, etc. can be added on up until 3 weeks before your wedding date.

TIP: We encourage our couples to wait until 1-2 months before their wedding to add-on any additional coverage or services other than what they absolutely need. Weddings are what we like to call “fluid” events meaning plans are changing all the time up until that 1-2 month period when we are closer to your wedding date. At that time you’ll have an exact idea of how much coverage you need, and you’ll save money up front.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes we do! Payments can be spread over up to 6 months and made as frequently as you would like. All payments just must be completed on or before 1 month before your wedding date.

What is “personal planning assistance” and why is it included in all your packages?

By no means are we wedding planners, BUT we do consider ourselves very knowledgeable when it comes to the world of weddings by shooting dozens of them each year. If you’re like most couples, it’s likely that you’ve never planned a wedding before. When you book with us you have 100% access to us, our knowledge, opinions, and experience whether it’s photography/videography related or not - we are here to help the planning process run smoothly from start to finish. From lists of vendor recommendations, to unlimited phone/zoom calls with us, and free personalized wedding day timeline creation… we won’t only capture your day to perfection, but also ensure that you are set up for success.

Do you offer more photography services other than the ones listed?
